Responsibilities:
To identify and create business opportunities in industry
verticals and promote the entire range of products and service offerings
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
Responsible for ensuring exceptional Customer Service and Account Maintenance and thereby retaining the customers
Attend to customer complaints immediately and try resolving them on priority basis
Assist in developing, communicating and driving the Sales
