New Delhi: It was a hot and humid day in the national capital today with the minimum and maximum temperatures settling above normal levels.
“The maximum temperature was recorded at 38.5 degrees Celsius, three notches above normal, while the minimum settled at 29.6 degrees Celsius, two degrees Celsius above normal,” a MeT official said.
Humidity levels oscillated between 87 and 42 per cent.
The weatherman has predicted a cloudy sky for tomorrow.
“The maximum temperature is likely to be around 37 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature will remain around 30 degrees Celsius. The skies will be generally cloudy,” the official said.
Yesterday, the city had recorded a high of 36.6 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was 28.2 degrees Celsius.
