Mr. KCR, CM of Telangana State has agreed in Principle to do justice to the candidates who have passed DSC test in 1998. It is expected that recruitment orders of these candidates would be issued soon. It may be noted that the then TDP Govt. had conducted DSC test in 1998 and released its results. Even after the lapse of 16 years, appointment orders have not been issued. When this was brought to the notice of the CM, he expressed his displeasure on this abnormal delay. He instructed Director of School Education to issue orders immediately. It is also worth noting that these candidates had approached Administrative Tribunal and High Court to get justice. The court decided their case in their favour. Despite this, Justice was not done to them. They approach Supreme Court which ordered the Govt. of Telangana to settle the matter as early as possible and submit the compliance report before 2nd February 2015. Nearly 1200 candidates would benefit from this order.
