Hookah- Good or bad!

London, June 14: Several youngsters believe that hookahs and different water pipes are harmless and better than cigarettes. This has been found out in a recent research. The survey was conducted by the researchers in Montreal.

They have taken several censuses for this research. In the year 2007 and 2008, they have considered approximately 1,208 people aged 18 to 24 who had played a part in a previous survey of nicotine usage by teenagers. 3/4th of them accomplished the feedback. Based on these feedbacks, they have concluded the result.

Among those, 23% has said that they had smoked tobacco in water pipe through out the prior year; however, most of them said that they smoke very less as low as once in a month.

In the United States, surveys of university students have expected that 9 to 20% have used a hookah in the previous month.

Jennifer O’Loughlin, a professor at the University of Montreal has stated that there were numerous prevalent traditions about water pipes. 1 fable is that because the quality is smoother, it is less deadly, and the water filters out the contaminants. This theory is absolutely false. In reality the pipes may expose smokers to elevated quantity of nicotine and have heavy metals than cigarettes.
