Job Description:
Redcentrics largest operating division is now looking for Team leader for 24×7 team which provides remote support for Redcentrics clients and Internal Infrastructure.
The successful candidate needs proven experience in managing team, escalations and SLAs.
The role is based at the Redcentric office in Hyderabad.
This role presents scope for a skilled Team Leader – 2nd line support to further their career by providing support to key services for our UK based customers. This role will work as part of virtual support teams with colleagues across the UK and in Hyderabad on a day to day basis.
As well as possessing the right technical skills and experience, we need someone with proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to manage a high multi-task workload. The role requires a confident, can-do and proactive approach. The ability to work as part of a team both locally and remotely – and communicate with UK based customers.
The main duties of the role include but are not restricted to:
Managing 24×7 Teams Of network and Server technology.
Handle escalations, Team SLAs and Support.
Ability to provide Leadership, Motivation and strategic direction to a multifunctional team

ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS
8+ years of experience in Networking and Server technology either in Service Provider Environment or diverse enterprise network.
4+ years of Experience as team leader.
Ticket Management.
Experience in managing client escalations.
Experience in generating reports using Excel.
