Job Description:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Application Development/Support
Exposure to Central Bank (Payment) applications (UAEDDS, UAEFTS, WPS & ICCS) & SWIFT This is a must
Must be a team player
Banking experience is a must
Proficient in verbal as well as written communication
Minimum 2 years in Support role handling the following activities
o Provide first line support by troubleshooting incidents and problems for the assigned applications upon priority with deadlines to be met and through incident management process.
o Investigate and analyze the root cause of malfunction behaviors to the assigned applications and provide the recommendations for permanent fixes.
o Execute the adhoc requests approved by the line manager and within the agreed time space and priority.
o Complete the tasks assigned by line manager on timely manner and within the given instructions.
o Escalate issues with second line or vendor support and follow up and test the provided solution before implementation.
o Prepare and follow up the change management documents required for any system changes related to the assigned applications.
o Testing solutions and enhancements provided by developers/Vendors for the assigned projects or applications.
o Manage meetings as per work needs and requirements.
o Fully comply and adhere with IT policies, procedures, and standards.
Salary:INR 10,00,000 – 20,00,000 P.A
