Job Description:
We are looking for a talented, motivated, creative, and a self-starter UI/UX Designer to define and build striking, intuitive and elegant world-class products and conduct usability of existing products and improve the user experience.
At Indus you will be responsible for working with stakeholders to develop concepts, designs, and product applications, and prototypes. You should possess the ability to communicate effectively and develop creative designs.

Requirements
Any Graduate, B.E, B.Tech, M.Tech, MSc, Diploma in Web Designing, UI,Usability.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a good understanding of target audience and industry UI trends and find opportunities for continuous improvements to our products.
Conducting User research on usability and user experience
Interaction design, visual design, and prototyping;
Produce prototypes to communicate user interaction and design ideas.
Apply user interaction principles, helping the end users meet their goals.
Familiar with technology trends, current mobile design paradigms, and experience in designing for web, application and/or mobile solutions
Work with Software Development Team to ensure correct implementation of UI Front-End
Experience & Skills:
6 + years or more of user experience design experience for software products and applications.
Understanding of UX methods, process, and tools basic coding in HTML, X HTML, JavaScript Frameworks (Jquery & Prototype) and CS2 & 3.
Designing Photoshop Prototype and Creating Style Guide.
Understanding of common software project management practices
Understanding of common software development practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
