The role involves working with the National Sales Manager and Solutions team to develop and execute sales activities to drive pipeline & close deals.
The primary Objective of the Solutions Sales Manager is to achieve overall revenue goal. In order to achieve this goal, the candidate must create a complete territory and/or verticals business plan that generates at least 3X the quota in pipeline opportunity. The candidate must be responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing and driving business strategy and growth and design of any particular solution offering.
The candidate must take full ownership for generating business using the available resources of the company.
He/She must demonstrate experience and expertise in selling technology to senior business decision-makers by reinforcing the value of the technology to the customer’s overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities.
The candidate should participate, coordinate and assist in activities within the Opportunity Management Cycle from Opportunity creating to Closing the deal.
– Excellent Knowledge of Sales and Marketing in Enterprise IT having managed the UAE Market
– Client Management and Account Management skills.
– Candidate must be fluent in English, both oral and written.
– Must be a good team player.
– Excellent Presentation and Communication skills
Experience managing sales for the following products:
– Digital Forms and digital signature Solutions
– ECM and Backlog Services
– Turnkey solutions for document management and business process enhancement.
– Cloud services.
– Data security solutions.
