The Role

On behalf of our client we are currently seeking a very experienced Senior Brand Manager for the Gulf region representing prestigious, quality and extremely popular brands.
The role of Senior Brand Manager requires the successful incumbent to ensure effective brand development through development of brand strategy, based on thorough analysis of information and delivering growth in line with the company strategy. Alongside this you will be instrumental in tracking brand performance, meeting short term targets and writing effective communication briefs, constantly reflecting relevant consumer and customer rights.
Responsible for the Gulf Region, you will report to the Head of Marketing and will manage all brand operations in both on-trade and retail sectors with regards to the customer and consumer marketing related strategies and be responsible for the planning and execution of these with the objective to build the brand health and maximize probability. You will lead by example to support the management within the marketing department, produce monthly reports outlining brand performance and have overall ownership of the A&P plan and Volume Vs plan.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Brand Manager role, working within a hospitality or FMCG environment is essential to this role. You will also possess experience in trade marketing and sales, product launch and management of substantial marketing budgets. Individuals who are highly motivated, quality driven and self-sufficient are required, alongside skills in brand activation planning, positioning, consumer segmentation, negotiation and analytical skills to apply market results into business plans. A relevant Marketing degree is also essential.
