The Role
German Imaging Technologies (GIT) is one of the leading companies in the Middle East specialized in Document Printing Solutions with offices across 6 locations in the UAE.
We are looking for a passionate Team Leader – Jebel Ali to manage a team of sales representatives in selling print consumables (toner cartridges) directly to other businesses (B2B). The Team Leader is required to maintain the existing book of accounts and develop new relationships. Training and coaching the sales reps in both product knowledge and sales skills is of essence to this job.
Core responsibilities:
1. manage a sales team of 3 representative
2. Deliver revenue targets.
3. Acquiring new business
4. Retention of existing accounts by revenue
5. Retention of existing accounts by number of clients
6. Acquiring minimum productivity per sales representative
7. Lead, train, coach and motivate sales team.
8. Implement usage of CRM and put structures in place for lead, prospect and customer management.

Job Environment:
You will be working in a vibrant environment alongside three other sales teams with different responsibilities and a total sales force of 25 sales professionals.
Desired Experience
Essential: Candidate is not required to be from the same industry but must have key experience in direct sales (product or service directly sold to business).
Candidates with a background from distribution, wholesale, channel sales, and or retail will not be considered.
Work experience: At least 2-3 years’ experience in managing a small team and 1-2 years in direct sales.
UAE driving license is a must.
Gender: Male or Female. Should have strong command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Education: Preferred relevant university degree and relevant ongoing sales training. Knowledge of ERP, CRM. Candidates with addition sales training (courses, seminars etc.) will be given preference.
