Job Description:
1.Should handle the region / branch accounts and finance including JV company if any
2.Should handle the taxation of region / branch including JV company if any
3.Should coordinate with Statutory auditor, internal audit , tax auditor
4.Should be able to liaison with tax authorities / consultant
5.Functionally reporting to Finance team and operationally to commercial team.
6.Should be able to prepare budget and implementation of budget
7.Should able to generate the MIS with variance
8.Should be able to help operation team to take commercial calls
9.Can handle team of 10/12 person
10.Sound knowledge for taxation, MIS
11.Added advantage : working on Oracle R12
