Job Description:
We have an urgent opportunity with us for various vertical – Recruiting Specialist. Candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment for various client. Candidate with Good Communication and Technical skill can walk in to grab the opportunity on 20th & 21st June (Monday and Tuesday)
Experience – 1 to 5 years
Location: Begumpet Secunderabad
Role & Responsibilities:
* Involved in end-to-end recruitment process for professionals across levels
* Performing Basic Responsibilities- Position download/ understanding, screening, short-listing of candidates.
* Use all methodologies of sourcing like Headhunting, Networking, Employee Referrals, Internet Sourcing (Job portals).
* Handling initial round of interviews and regular follow-up till closures.
* Developing and maintaining open communication among management, clients & candidates.
* Good exposure in various technologies
