Job Description:
MEP Project Manager that is fully responsible to manage the design, construction and execution of the relevant project on hand.
Cost Control, Schedules, Budgets, Design, Value Engineering, Specifications, Shop Drawings, Procurement, Subcontractors are all under the scope of the Project Manager.
Manage Engineers & Project Team, Prepare and Present Reports to Management, Establish KPIs and monitoring them.
Manage as required project to ensure on time delivery, with the required specs and within budget.
Skills:
– 8+ Years of Experience in MEP
– Excellent understanding of Electrical, Power, Low Current, HVAC, Plumbing, Water Supply and Fire Fighting
– Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
