Job Description:
The Customer Engineering Operations team in Hyderabad is devoted to the support of our internal Engineering personnel as well as our External Customers. This position will be working in the QCT Customer Engineering Operations team to support multiple data gathering and analysis business functions, and internal and external customer support using e-mail and various company tools. This individual will be based in Hyderabad, but working via email and telephone to support the Ops team in San Diego. Candidate must possess good critical thinking skills and analysis skills and will be responsible for working with a number of different systems to analyze, troubleshoot and report.
Close partnership with the San Diego Operations team to support internal Engineering teams and assigned customers
Working with internal SW tools such as Salesforce, multiple internal Engineering & Product management teams, and 3rd parties to gathering information on assigned projects and provided reports.
Able to resolve customer and internal issues in a timely manner
Proactively drive engagement for new initiatives/projects for timely implementation.
