Purpose of the role
Responsible for project coordination across the group companies
Key Responsibilities
To understand the project requirement To get accurate drawings from internal / external teamsCo- Ordinate with internal teams on the seating arrangementsEvaluate options best suited for the projectCo ordinate meetings with contractors on value engineering.Fix the project timelines based on type of project Visit site for all co ordination meetings and guide the supervisors / EngineersPrepare bar charts for each project to track the status on a daily basisCall for site meetings and updates on weekly basisCo -ordinate with procurements with project plan and material requirementsConsolidate all the updates for a daily report on the various activities taken up.
