Management Trainee & Assistant Manager Record To Report
Function: Finance and Accounting | Location: Hyderabad & Noida | US Shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)

We are calling for R2R Assistant Managers who can be based in Hyderabad & Noida. We will depend on your skills and in-depth finance know-how to take care of all legal due diligence and reporting, operating plans, financial planning and analysis, tax and treasury in order to provide meaningful, clear and concise analyses at all levels and forums. Manage journal postings, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, BS views and SOX controls
Be in charge of detailed analyses of legal entities, balance sheets, BS footnotes and variance analyses
Review and report the regulatory submissions
Coordinate with various specialist teams involved in delivering complex solutions
Run detailed analysis on complex data sets
Actively incorporate best practices, methodologies, products and services from Genpact Finance & Accounting solutions
Work closely with various horizontals in Genpact (Analytics, Digital, Risk etc.) to ensure support and implementation of cutting-edge digitally-enabled solutions


Should be a Commerce graduate- B.com/M. Com/MBA Finance
Overall 3-8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting solutions for a BPMS/ BPO organization.
Proficient knowledge of MS-Excel and usage of statistical functions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven experience in leading small to mid-sized teams

Desired skills:

Apply logical reasoning for solving problems, breaking up simple problems into root causes and performing basic cause and effect analysis
Communicate and influence key decision makers and stakeholders
Lead the development and implementation of large-scale, complex, multi-tier finance and accounting solutions
Sense and respond to specific problems as per customer demand as evidenced by pace and scale of solution
Roll up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
Possess strong people and project management skills
