Job Description:
Experience in specific industry verticals is preferred and a thorough understanding of IT-specific requirements within those verticals.
Understanding and knowledge of industry standards and industry frameworks (e.g., COBIT, COSO, ISO 27001, PCI, NIST).
Experience in developing cyber risk strategies and multi-year implementation and remediation programs based on business priorities and risks
Able to assess, develop, and implement information security programs, including organizational design and key processes.
Experience in developing and tailoring of approaches, methods and tools to support cyber risk programs and initiatives
Managing and executing cyber risk engagements across the development lifecycle strategy, design, implementation and managed services
Understanding of security and privacy laws and regulations (e.g., IT Act, HIPAA, GLBA).
Actively participate in decision making with engagement management and seek to understand the broader impact of current decisions
Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services
Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability and manage engagement economics
Lead sales pursuits and proposals and assist in building practice eminence
Demonstrate ability to build relationships and assist our client in solving issues; deliver structured messaging during client discussion and succinctly deliver presentations to C-level suite executives
Demonstrate leadership skills and track record of successfully leading small to medium sized teams
Demonstrate ability to grow, mentor and develop staff
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
