The Role
Our client, a leading food and beverage company is looking for an Internal Communication Manager.
The Internal Communication Manager will be responsible for all corporate communications – internal & external. He/she will ensure that the quality and validity of the communications adhere to defined standards and values of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely and high-quality implementation of group’s internal & external communication plan in alignment with the department head.
• Prepare CEO message – writing corporate memo in two languages – prepare monthly online and internal communication
• Prepare Newsletter quarterly for the company
• Manage social media communication
• Oversee and assist in annual and interim report process and creation, messaging around production reports and press releases
• Develop corporate presentation materials, brochures and marketing materials
• Responsible for maintenance and content of entire website of the group and internal magazines
• Prepare press releases and external communication, arranging press conferences and media coverage.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 8 years functional experience out of which 3 to 5 years should be in an equivalent Management level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication
• Must be bilingual
• Excellent communications skills
• UAE Nationals only
