We are now seeking an exceptional Interior Designer to join our award winning team based within our Abu Dhabi Office.

This critical role will be responsible for interior design services in planning, developing and coordinating world class corporate offices and residential projects from pre-design phase to the completion of construction documents.

Requirements:

Paramount to success within this varied role will include:

* Provide conceptual design, design development and production drawings of interior projects.

* Selection of interior finishes, furniture and equipment.

* Review pricing, material and value engineering for projects.

* Produce space plans, furniture plans, and elevations, conceptual and finishes design presentation documentation, detailed specifications and construction documentation.

* Document design ideas into construction drawings for permit and bids.

* Incorporate applicable building codes and ADA code compliance regulations.

* Provide solutions to design problems and generate design alternatives.

* Review drawings, mock ups, materials and finish samples to be submitted by the Project Manager.

* Assist in Writing FF&E and finishes specifications which are then used as part of the contract documents of the project.

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 5 years’ career experience with a Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design.

Professional Membership of an Architectural Association will be viewed favourably.
