Job Description:
– Overall responsibility for sales performance of Applus India.
-Responsibility for sales targets of Applus India with immediate focus on Oil & Gas, Energy , Infrastructure & EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) industries among others
– Introduce Applus+ service lines (Inspection, ANDT, Power, Construction, K2, Asset Integrity etc ) to Indian market
– Develop sales plans, target client list and visit plans to ensure sales coverage
– Develop sales pipeline process and submit regular reports on sales activities
-Gather market intelligence and opportunities to be shared with other Applus+ offices.
– Manage existing key clients and ensure customer satisfaction targets are exceeded
– Oversee client vendor registration and lead tender submission process
– Liaise with respective Departments (Operations, Projects Managers etc.,) to ensure client needs are met at all times
– Understand customer needs and provide solutions to satisfy Client requirements
– Keep abreast of industry trends and share market intelligence with regional/global BD group
Requirements:
-10 years experience with minimum 5 years experience in Business Development for EPC company direct / or indirect through EPC service company involved in large capital projects (e.g. Oil & Gas, Petrochemical , Infrastructure, Utilities or similar)
– Excellent network in the Indian EPC market and Local Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Infrastructure, Utilities or similar industry in India.
– Good technical knowledge of EPC phase of large capital projects (e.g. Oil & Gas, Petrochemical , Infrastructure, Utilities or similar)
– Degree holder in Engineering or other technical background preferred. Other qualifications with the right experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical , Infrastructure, Utilities may be accepted.
– Excellent written and spoken English
– Advanced IT skills CRM, PowerPoint, Excel
