We are conducting Weekend Drive on 27th Aug’16 at Bangalore & Hyderabad. * Minimum 3+ years of IT experience as a Developer. * Minimum of 2+ years of hands on development experience in IBM BPM versions * Should have working knowledge and hands-on on IBM BPM 8.0+ versions * Having good understanding and hands-on experience on IBM BPM server administration * Should have worked as BPM Designer for atleast 2 years on any BPM platform * Having good knowledge and hands-on on f XML, J2SE, CSS, JavaScript and Database (preferably DB2) technology stack * Should have working knowledge on Agile Methodology * Good Communication both oral and written * Should have prior experience on working with multiple stakeholders in a project * Should have prior experience on customer interaction at client place for atleast 2 years. * Should carry an Techno Functional experience along with the project experience * Candidates for Lead role Should have prior experience of leading atleast 5 members of development team.
