Job Description:
BE/B.Tech with minimum 15 Years experience, NEBOSH General or International Certificate , Power plant or Oil field Experience.
Reporting to the HSE Head, he shall provide the leadership necessary to contribute towards an efficient HSE Organisation. The main aims being to create safe and healthy working conditions and environmental protection throughout the site operation and ensure that,
d) Field Engineer/Supervisor and lower tier Sub contractors, produce safe work systems and method statements, as and when required.
e) Attend HSE meetings with Client and promote HSE during regular progress meetings as required.
f) Ensure and promote HSE Awareness among the construction personnel at all levels through audio/visual means, HSE literature, HSE meetings, and training with the consultation of the Clients HSE Manager.
g) Co-ordinate with Clients competent personnel to carryout HSE Inspection on Scaffolding, Equipment, Ladders, Lifting equipment and Tools on regular basis and certify their fitness.
h) Prepare a detailed HSE report on a monthly basis and submit to the Clients HSE Manager.
i) Ensure that the accident investigation and reporting procedure is communicated to all employees and meet the necessary HSE standards.
j) Assist field Engineer/lower tier Sub contractors in incident and accident investigation and analyse the report to ensure a satisfactory close-out is reached.
