Job Description:

The Finance Director of a well-known multinational organisation based in Jebel Ali is looking to hire a confidential Executive Assistant who will ensure the efficient operation of the financial activities of a large financial institution.

The role will involve compiling extensive reports and general correspondence, maintaining the client accounts database, providing weekly reports to overseas offices, organising board meetings as well as preparing and circulating meeting agendas. This role has a tremendous amount of responsibility and would suit someone that is career oriented and able to handle a multitude of continually changing duties.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to be a confident, self-starter with previous administration experience. You should be a good communicator with a desire to understand the business and able to deal confidently with people at all levels. You should have a high level of accuracy/attention to detail and have good MS Office skills. Ideally you should also have a minimum of 4 years PA/Finance experience with a high standard of education along with outstanding presentation skills.
