Al Ain Finance Company, a newly established finance company in Abu Dhabi is seeking talented, experienced and high caliber candidates for the role of Executive Assistant.
• Daily schedules, including the arrangement of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries are arranged and managed for the Managing Director and the Receivables Finance Services Team.
• Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
• Provide general secretarial support and manage routine correspondence
• Organize periodical meetings and conferences
• Assist on invoice processing and expense claims of the entire team and on other general clerical duties
• Maintain effective and efficient communication within the department
• Minimum 4 years experience as secretary, receptionist or executive assistant
• Excellent with computer applications skils including Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent written and spoken English Language skills with preference for Arabic Speakers
• Preference for graduates with Bachelor’s degrees preferably in accounting or finance
• Experience in financial industry preferred
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
• Excellent and efficient typing skills
