Looking for candidates with strong experience in employee relations, ER, IR, Policy, Legal
– Must be willing to work out of Hyderabad
– MBA preferred
– Must have experience in captives/IT/ITeS organisation
– Must have managed at least 100 investigation in a year
– Must have designed frameworks to reduce compliance issues and litigation
Responsible for conducting detailed investigations to complex employee relations issues
Conducting thorough, confidential investigations of complex employee issues.
Advisory to the businesses on issues of compliance and disparity
