Job description:
JD Edwards HRMS consultant will provide ongoing end-user support, and lead continuous improvement, projects and further expansion of HR and Payroll applications
The successful JD Edwards HRMS Consultant candidate will bring a strong knowledge of the HCM modules within Enterprise One JD Edwards 9.0 or higher as well as solid functional HR expertise from previous roles within the business.
Strong understanding of functional HR business processes to contribute to the design and training of our systems.
Provide analysis and recommendations on the types of problems that are encountered to feed back in to design and education.
Defines, analyzes and proposes business solutions based on the business needs.
Designs new system solutions by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications including, but not limited to, functional configuration, report design, integrations.
May lead cross-functional integrated teams to complete development projects using a formal Project Management methodology and completes clearly written project documentation.
Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; leading project execution from specifications, testing to deployment.
Collaborate with technical development teams when addressing aspects of new implementations, functionality enhancements, application updates and performance issues.
Must be able to work independently and/or collectively with a team and establish a positive working relationship with end users and with the IT staff.
Travel to various sites for end user training and project design planning.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Salary:INR 10,00,000 – 17,00,000 P.A.
