The Role
– Responsible for Incoming/Outgoing flow of documents using correspondence program
– Filing correspondence, documents, reports, shop drawings and other important documents.
– Doing other office work such as typing, printing etc.
– Preparing weekly or monthly site progress report.
– Prepare the Site Staff Attendance Monthly.
– Performs other duties as assigned by upper line of authority within the scope of his qualification.
Authorities
– Stamping received documents and sending to relevant party.
Requirements
– Has worked with an engineering consultancy company or Main Contractor
– Has worked / assigned on site projects
