If so, SpotHero is looking for you. Were hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to support our digital marketing team and run paid advertising campaigns.

What will I do:

Working closely with the Director of Digital Marketing, plan and execute direct response digital marketing campaigns that achieve growth goals
Plan, implement, and optimize our digital acquisition marketing campaigns across display, mobile, and video
Execute social media and content marketing campaigns that increase brand affinity and fuel purchase behavior
Optimize our programmatic and data-driven digital media campaigns working with our media partners
Assist with paid search marketing strategy and performance optimization via our paid search agency
Partner with our marketing analytics team on campaign tracking, measurement, reporting and insights, focusing on optimizing in-market campaigns and gathering insights to make our future marketing efforts even better

Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and/or paid search
Proven experience in a start-up or other data-driven marketing environment
Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity; you want to make a big impact day-to-day but appreciate that your role will evolve as we grow
Expertise in Google Analytics, AdWords, MMPs, and/or DSPs, and strong Excel skills
