The purpose of this position is to identify gaps in the application verification process. This identification will lead to determining fraudulent applications and taking corrective actions by investigating and implementing mitigation processes and procedures.
• Bachelor Degree
• 2-4 experience in Banking or Telecommunications with a minimum of 1 year in the Fraud Control Department.
• Applicants with experience in Telecommunications Industry will be given an added advantage.
• High-level PC skills required including PowerPoint, Excel and Word, as well as knowledge and experience with data analytics.
