Job Description:

Person would need to prepare Quotations, Rate contracts, and provide feedback on current order status after checking with the principals.
Send MIS reports to the relevant customers as per schedule
Reconcile orders as per the schedule frequency
Should provide accurate feedback/ information on every enquiry/concern raised by the client provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution of issues.
Make cold calls; follow up on orders submitted etc.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies defined by Company.
