Job Description:
About the Role:
Carry out extensive desk and phone research with the target market
Identifying the target market for the event
Researching and developing conference sessions
Demonstrating an understanding of the challenges the industry is facing
Writing a full conference agenda
Identifying, qualifying and confirming potential speakers
Briefing internal departments on the event
Writing marketing copy
Creating and monitoring the event budget
Running the event
Career Path:
Career enhancement is based on individual performance, meeting the organizations KPIs and developing successful events. Once this can be demonstrated there are opportunities for you to build your own portfolio and manage a team of producers.
Selection Criteria:
Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in related discipline i.e Communication, Marketing,
Finance, Hospitality,Business
At least 3 years working experience in Industry
Demonstrate extensive research skills, commerciality and strong business acumen
Minimum age 25 years for work permit purposes
Salary:INR 70,000 – 80,000 P.A. Salary will be in Malaysian currency
