The Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading Travel organisation who is looking to hire a Chief Accountant who will report directly to the Group Finance Manager to join their team.
As the Chief Accountant you will be responsible for managing a team of Accountants. You will ensure that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day finance and accounting operations as well as running the credit function, projecting cost forecasts and budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and cash-flow management.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / CMA qualification and have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working within the travel industry. In addition, you should also have recent experience working in GCC countries.
