The Role
My client is a leading government developer who are currently working on the devlopment of 4 economic zones in Qatar. They are currently looking to recruit and experienced Business Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Director and Development Directors in identifying, attracting, determining, negotiating and closing business relationships with investors across various market sectors. The role will include;
·Support, in collaboration with Marketing, market research and studies to identify new opportunities to invest in.
·Contribute to the analysis of information as a result of market research.
·Support Development Managers in working closely with investors to discuss what services the company can provide in starting a business in Qatar Economic Zones; including assessment of the business operating in Qatar, design, construction, and funding as appropriate.
·Support Development Managers in working closely with investors to provide supporting information that would help in studying the investments and assess the feasibility of the business in Qatar Economic zones such as regional market information and competitor analysis.
·Support Development Managers in working closely with investors to clarify legal and regulatory details for operating in Qatar Economic Zone.
·Assist Development Managers in understanding investors’ business requirement and coordinate with Design and Technical Construction on finalizing and closing agreements.
·Coordinate with Commercial and Contracts to document and finalize the agreements with investors.
Requirements
Candidates should have a degree in business administration or a similar field and should preferably have some form of marketing related qualifications. Candidates should have at least 5 years experience of business development and should have experience in the commercial and industrial real estate sector and knowledge of economic and free zones in preferred. Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic speakers are preferred.
