Basic Understanding of micro markets of the city
Meet IT / Corporate clients and understand their expansion plans / growth perspective with regards to taking up more space
Facilitating Site inspections / Liaise with prospective clients and their representatives
To support in all the documentation process during the transaction
To support in generating reports to client & internal reports to the management
Should be able to independently handle clients / consultants
Salary:INR 3,00,000 – 4,00,000 P.A
