Qualification: The Candidate should possess Graduation with PG Degree/Diploma in Sociology/Social Work/Labour Welfare/Personnel Management /IR or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management. He should have rich experience in Personnel/ Administration (General & Town Administration). He should be well conversant with Personnel and IR policies. He should have experience of more than 25 years in any executive position in an organization. He should have at least 20 years of experience (out of above) in a large Steel Industry preferably in a large Steel Industry.
