Job Description:
The Accounting Administrator– Shared Services is responsible for providing clerical accounting activities inorder to deliver an effective and efficient end to end service to the Group
Key Accountabilities:
– Process transactions according to stated procedures so that all transactionsare recorded in a timely and accurate manner
– Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, labelling,filing, data entry and database administration (when applicable)
– Screen incoming mail and/or telephone calls, redirect correspondence and callers to appropriate staffin order to support the efficient workflow of the department
– Ensure high level of customer service is delivered and maintained and that internal customers are satisfied by meeting all internal SLAs and by following up on requests in a timely manner
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent Technical Degree
– 0-1 years of experience is a similar field
– Proficiency in MS Office
