Retired Chief Secretary Kaki Madhava Rao has alleged that RSS and Hinduthva forces were attacking Daliths, Tribals and Minorities atrociously across the nation.
Participating in Dalitha Hakkula Sadhana Samithi’s Hyderabad City Conference here on Sunday at Sundaraiah Vignana Kendram, Madhava Rao alleged that the communal forces had instigated research scholar Rohith Vemula of Hyderabad Central University to commit suicide by continuous harassment. He demanded the state and central governments to ban Go Rakshaka Dalams and allow all the people irrespective of their caste and creed to take up ‘pourohithyam’ profession in temples. He said that Dalitha Hakkula Sadhana Samithi is organising a meeting at Indira Park protesting against the attacks on Daliths, Tribals and Minorities, on January 22. (NSS)
