Bollywood’s well-known singer and Music director Himesh Reshammiya will be encouraging the mandals with his energized songs and enthrallimg crowds on occasion of ‘Dahi Handi’ this friday to mark birth of Lord Krishna. His songs from the upcoming Film ‘O My God’ will be the highlight of the celebrations.
Maharashtra Minister of State, Sachin Ahir, who organizes “Shree Sankalp Pratishthan’s Dandi Handi’ at Worli. has invited Reshammiya for the occasion.
Reshammiya will be performing for the first time at a Dahi Handi event, bollywood sources said. Other Well known artists of Marathi and hindi Stage and Cinema like Esha Deol, Shweta Tiwari, Neha Pedse and Pushkar Jog will also perform at the event. The minister’s wife Sangeeta Ahir said ‘This year we have an attractive prize considering the competition between the mandals and will encourage it on a musical note alongwith Himesh Reshammiya”. UNI
