A High-level media delegation from Afghanistan which is on a familiarization visit to India, arrived in Hyderabad along with the representatives of foreign ministry. Mr. Amer Ali Khan News Editor Siasat Daily hosted a sumptuous dinner at his residence in their honour. Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan, managing editor Siasat daily and Mr. Amer Ali Khan greeted the delegation which included Chief Editors, Members of Think Tanks, CEOs of prominent TV channels and senior journalists etc. The delegation explained in detail the current political situation in Afghanistan.
The delegation of Afghanistan interacted with local journalist. On the occasion the members of the delegation told that India and Afghanistan had age-old bilateral ties. The delegation of Afghanistan met local journalist Mr. Ayyub Ali Khan (Times of India), Mr. Ghayur Saheb (DIGI cable), Aneesur Rahman (Etv Urdu).
The high-level media delegation from Afghanistan also called on Vice President Mohammad Hamid Ansari on Tuesday and will also meet AP governor Mr. ESL Narsimhan today. Later the delegation will visit Infosys software company besides watching Golconda fort.
