Hyderabad, February 26: A Division Bench of the A.P. High Court comprising Justice Goda Raghuram and Justice Ramesh Ranganathan on Friday directed senior IAS officer Pushpa Subramayam and another official Premchand to appear in person as they were found not complying with the court’s judgment.
The Bench on an earlier occasion directed the authorities to conduct auction for leasing out prime property in Nalgonda Town which included a cinema theatre. After this, the auction notice was issued, but the government stayed it for three months. Both of them were directed to appear before the court on March 11.

The Judge was dealing with a petition filed by Madhusudhan Reddy and others complaining that seniority of the feeder categories was prepared without giving notice.
