Chief Justice of Hyderabad High Court, Justice Kalyan Jyothi Sengupta issued notice to Central Govt. in Shaik Mustafa case. He issued notice on Public Interest Litigation Petition filed by Mr. Gulam Rabbani, Advocate. Chief Justice of Hyderabad High Court took serious note of this case and issued notice. The hearing of this case is posted for next week.
