DGP of A.P. Mr. V. Dinesh Reddy declared that the bomb blast in Dilsukhnagar is a terrorist activity. He did not name any organization for it.
He addressed a press conference yesterday night. He told that the first bomb explosion took place at 6:58 pm and the second one occurred after three minutes. He told that 13 persons were killed in this incident and 83 were injured. The injured persons have been shifted to seven hospitals where they are being treated.
Investigations have been entrusted to National Investigation Agency. Extra police force has been commissioned and high alert notice has been issued. Rapid Action Force has been deployed. He disclosed that bomb were exploded using improvised explosive device. He asked the people to be patient and not to pay heed to rumours.
