Washington. D.C., Oct.5 : Miley Cyrus recently turned emotional in front of a huge crowd, breaking down in tears while performing a new ballad at Saturday Night Live.
The 22-year-old singer, who hosted the show’s season 41 premiere got emotional while performing her new ballad, ‘The “Twinkle Song’, which is said to be an ode to some of her late animals, on a piano covered in with a framed heart-shaped pic of her deceased dog, Floyd, placed on top, E! Online reports.
The ‘Wrecking Ball’ hit-maker, who sported a long, blond wig adorned with blossoms, wrote on her Instagram page “Dear Floyd, thank you for sharing this magical moment with mommy”, adding “I misssssssss yiewwwwww #mileyonsnl #thetwinklesong #wemissutwinkle #wemissufloyd #wemissupablow.”
The singer, who also performed two songs from her trippy new album, ‘Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz’, also donned a thick, ankle-length wig and wore only floral vines as she performed her track ‘Karen Don’t Be Sad’.(ANI)
