New Delhi : Sri Lankan veteran spinner Rangana Herath on Friday expressed that he is aiming to end his limited-overs career on a high note but admitted that he is still eager to provide his services in the longer format of the game.
“It doesn’t matter if I retire or not. I am looking forward to end up my T20 career on a high note. I am still very keen on playing Test cricket. But I need to take a decision just after the World T20,” the 38-year-old told in an exclusive interview to ANI.
Herath has taken a staggering 297 wickets in his 67 Tests and will next play for Sri Lanka against England in their third league game of the World Twenty20 in New Delhi on Saturday. (ANI)
