Helpline centre to curb irregularities in minority schemes

It has been decided to set up a Helpline Centre at Hajj House to curb irregularities in minority schemes. The centre will have all details regarding minority institutions and their schemes and guidance will be provided to the people.

Director General Anti Corruption Bureau Abdul Khayyum Khan who is incharge of Minority Welfare Department told that he has directed Secretary Minority Welfare Syed Omer Jaleel to set up Helpline Centre. Construction of Helpline and information centre on the ground floor of Hajj House and it is likely that it will start working next week.

Minority Finance Corporation has been given the responsibility of setting up of helpline centre where information and guidance will be provided regarding affairs of Urdu Academy, Hajj Committee and Waqf Board. This centre will be helpful for getting information regarding procedure of submitting applications to avail schemes or status of application.
