Guwahati, April 19: A Pawan Hans helicopter, flying from Guwahati to Tawang town in Arunachal Pradesh, crashed while landing Tuesday, officials said.The helicopter, carrying 18 passengers with five crew, hit a hill feature while coming to land at around 2 p.m. and burst into flames.
