Hyderabad: Ms. Heena Sultana, daughter of Shaik Anwar, a student of Govt. Degree College, Bodhan secured the highest rank in BA examination in Telangana State. She got 100 out of 100 in Economics and Urdu.
Secretary, Telangana Collegiate Education, Ms. R. Bhattcharya and Commissioner, Collegiate Education, Ms. Vani Prasad also congratulated her and presented a laptop and mementoes.
Ms. Heena Sultana secured 570 out of 600 marks. Mr. Veer Prasad, Principal of the college also gave her the cash award of Rs. 1000. He told that for her success, her father played a major role. Her father is an old scrap merchant. He has three daughters and a son. In SSC examination also she got good rank from Iqra Model School, Bodhan.
She met Mr. Zahid Ali Khan yesterday who offered her every possible help. He advised her to join English program of American Embassy and computer course. Ms. Heena Sultana aspires to become an IAS officer.
