Heavy rains lash isolated places in east Rajasthan

Jaipur: Heavy rainfall lashed isolated places in east Rajasthan, whereas light to moderate rain was recorded at many places in the state.

Ghatol recorded a rainfall of 24 cm, followed by Pipalkhunt Sr 24 cm, Dug 23 cm, Bhungra 20cm, Mount Abu 19cm, Pratapgarh 11cm, Marwar Junction 9cm, Chhotisadri 7cm in the last 24 hours.

From 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM today, Dabok received 24 mm rainfall, Jodhpur 13 mm, Chhittorgarh 10mm, respectively, the MeT Department said.

The maximum temperature at most of the places in the state was recorded between 32 to 36 degrees Celsius.

The MeT has predicted heavy rainfall at a few places in state in the next 24 hours.
