Heat wave to continue in T for five days

India Meteorological Department today forecast light-to-moderate rain/thundershowers in isolated places all over Telangana State. Most places of Telangana are very likely to record maximum temperatures between 40 to 45 degrees Celsius in the coming five days, the IMD said.

The IMD cautioned the people that heat wave conditions are likely to prevail at isolated places in the districts of Adilabad, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Warangal, Medak, Nalgonda and Khammam. The highest temperature 45 degrees Celsius was recorded at Ramagundam and Bhadrachalam, Khammam recorded 44 degrees Celsius. (NSS)
