Hyderabad: Heat wave conditions are likely to prevail at few places in Telangana, according to a bulletin issued by the India Meteorological Department.
“Appreciable rise in maximum temperatures were recorded at one or two places over Telangana. They were markedly above normal,” it said today.
The highest maximum temperature of 45 degree Celsius was recorded at Bhadrachalam, Khammam, Nalgonda and Nizamabad, it added.
Rains occurred at one or two places in the state, the Met report said.
